Message	service. When I bought a long block from him, my block was no good (which is why I needed a new engine). He told me his price for a block, and gave me the option of supplying another block. I was too busy at the time to even think about it, and paid his price. About 2 years later, I was recommending him on this site, but made a comment about how high I thought that price was. He contacted me and offered that I could still supply a block and get that money back, which I did. He inspected the block (at no charge) and returned that core charge to me .... 2 years later !!!! That is phenomenal and shows true integrity. So when I hear of him having some business dealing that was "not resolved correctly at all", I know there is more to the story. Poor communication? Third party, uninformed opinion? I don't know.................
